  • Window Repair

There is a feeling of "right-livelihood" in repairing broken windows.

A cracked, failed, or broken window can be a subtly aggravating presence or an immediate danger depending on it's severity. Performing a service that is straight-forward, provides relief and enables us to connect with a wide cross-section of locals is very satisfying.

    -wood sash
    -metal frame
    -vinyl frame
    -failed/fogged double-pane
    -doors
    -board-ups

".... A glass panel in our front door broke and we called them first thing the morning after. They came by within an hour to assess and then came back an hour later with the glass and within ten minutes the door was fixed and as good as new. A pleasure working with them and could not have been easier."

    Lindsay S. San Francisco CA
  • Mirrors

We use 1/8" or 1/4" thick architectural grade mirror which can be cut, beveled, etched, or notched for a variety of applications.

    -bathrooms
    -doors
    -vanities
    -frames
    -lobbies
    -living areas
    -kitchens

"At a time where day to day business transactions seem impersonal and customer service is a thing no longer practiced I was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement mirror at no additional cost when I gave inaccurate measurements for the original one. This is a "local" business and it brings back fond memories of a time when "doing right" for your neighbor had real meaning. I only wish there were more like it." - Steven A. San Francisco, CA
  • Tabletops, Furniture, Shelves

Damage to wood surfaces and prevention are common reasons to cover table-tops or furniture pieces. The most common glass used is 1/4" thick with a satin polished edge. Additional beveled edges and thicknesses are available.

    -polished or beveled edges
    -tempered safety glass
    -several thicknesses
    -pattern cuts/notches/curves
    -tables - patio/end/coffee/dining room tables
    -dressers
    -desks

"We got two pieces of glass to cover wooden coffee tables, one rectangular and one oval. Super nice and prices were half of what others quoted us. Highly recommended for a great job and attention to detail. Thanks!"
    John C. San Francisco CA

"I liked this place. The guy working there was super helpful and made sure to ask questions about the piece of glass I needed to double check that I was getting the right piece."

  • Glass Etching & Carving

.A specialized form of decorative glass which uses vinyl or rubber stencil applied to glass and sprayed with silicon carbide. A large air compressor feeds a nozzle-controlled sand-pot which can be adjusted like an air brush. Etched glass is remarkable in its ability to control light and illuminate design and is priced well below stained glass in terms of cost per square foot. Projects are customized for a variety of residential and commercial applications.
